Yes of course you can lose weight with any calorie deficit… no matter the macros (depending on a few genetic factors in some cases)… BUT is that really all you care about? Check it out… THIS is where the macros make a difference. Im all for metabolic flexibility and having my carbs from time to time… but personally… I want my blood BHB above 0.5… To be in nutritional ketosis as much as possible… so I can be sure the benefits on the right are MINE! Which side do YOU
